Senior Project Manager, Retail Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project planning and project management expertise
  • Expert in standard project management methodologies including PMP, PRINCE, Agile or similar
  • Experience in progress reporting, issue resolution, action tracking, and ability to identify risks and create risk mitigation plans
  • Experience in resource planning, defining skill set requirements, and people management
  • Ability to execute against project plan timelines to deliver agreed upon deliverables within approved budget
  • 5+ years experience implementing retail banking or e-banking systems, including card services and web services
  • Wide understanding of securities and bank functions, including retail and commercial banking, risk, treasury, capital markets, wealth management, and support functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead combined with a calm professional demeanor and ability to work with all levels of the organization from analysts to executives
  • Self-motivated independent thinker with experience on larger projects (6-12 month requirements phase)
  • Creative problem-solving and strong diagnostic and analytical skills
  • French speaking is required
