At Belron Canada, we're committed to transforming the automotive glass industry. As a Senior Project Manager IT, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal. We're looking for a highly experienced IT project manager to lead our projects and drive business growth.

As a Senior Project Manager IT, you'll be responsible for organizing project reviews, chairing project reviews, and communicating project status to the management team. You'll also be responsible for following and applying PMO processes, procedures, and policies, as well as participating in the evolution of these processes.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT project manager who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, supervise and coach team members, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. If you have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project reviews and chair project reviews
  • Communicate project status to the management team
  • Follow and apply PMO processes, procedures, and policies
  • Participate in the evolution of PMO processes
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Supervise and coach team members
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
  • Graduate diploma is an asset
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including 10 years in project management
  • Experience in IT and non-IT project management is a distinctive asset
  • Varied experience in IT project management (application, telecom, infrastructure, prototyping, etc.)
  • High-level project manager with expert-level knowledge of project management and change management and its methodology, techniques, processes, and approaches
  • Understanding of systems architecture and their interrelationships
  • Skills in budget, cost, and profitability management
  • Credibility as a high-level project manager
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as part of an overall vision
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and transfer knowledge to team members
  • Team management ability in matrix mode
  • Ability to build strong network and executive level relationships across customer and supplier groups
  • Ability to adjust and integrate into different business styles and cultures
  • Resilience, autonomous, curiosity, and resourcefulness
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
  • Adaptability to Hybrid work (onsite & remote)
  • Knowledge of several project management platforms (Msft, Monday, Sciforma....)
  • Meticulous in project financial monitoring
