Job DescriptionThe Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our restaurant management team to ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
A successful Executive Chef candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Detailed knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as HACCP principles
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and online ordering platforms
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
