Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, network, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical guidance and support to the IT Infrastructure and Operations team.
  2. Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  3. Ensure the high availability of our network and infrastructure solutions while maintaining a strong security posture.
  4. Develop and maintain a regular cadence on disaster recovery, backups, and business continuity planning.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and meet technology needs.
  6. Monitor, optimize, and report system performance, reliability, and resiliency.
  7. Build and publish Operational KPIs that support our internal business needs.
  8. Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps.
  9. Negotiate, maintain, and monitor service level agreements with vendors.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Five to seven years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  3. Expert knowledge of network design, systems management, and IT operations management.
  4. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with team supervision and project management.
  6. Certifications in network infrastructure, security, and project management are an asset.

This is a full-time position with a mix of remote and in-office workdays.
