  • Maîtrise en administration, en finance, en génie ou en comptabilité est considérée comme un atout
  • Expérience reconnue des modèles de partenariat public-privé, du coût du service, des revenus et d'autres structures de financement de projets
  • Expérience de l'élaboration ou de la réalisation de la revue diligente d'études techniques, d'études de volume et d'études de production, un atout
  • Expérience reconnue de la gestion de tous les aspects du cycle de vie des transactions, dont les négociations avec les clients et les parties prenantes, le fait d'influencer des parties prenantes et la gestion de conseillers juridiques et techniques
  • Sens de l'initiative et solides compétences en gestion de projets
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer les membres du personnel débutants, les flux de travail et les échéances
