As a Financial Planning Specialist at RBC, you will help clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful career. With our comprehensive resources and support, you will have the freedom to create a business that suits your style and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice.
  2. You will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  3. You will foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients, using your expertise and knowledge to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  4. You will work closely with RBC partners to ensure your clients receive comprehensive financial services and support.

Requirements:

  1. You have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and are comfortable earning a commission-based income.
  2. You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  3. You have a passion for financial planning and a strong interest in portfolio management.
  4. You have excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  2. Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
