Your Role:

As an Investment Client Partner, you will collaborate closely with Investment Advisors to assist in managing client portfolios and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with high-net-worth clients to enhance their experience and uncover potential growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Prioritize the client experience by connecting on a personal level, anticipating their needs, and fostering trust through timely communication.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out business opportunities and work alongside Investment Advisors to develop tailored investment strategies that align with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Relationship Building: Promote the CIBC brand within the community by participating in local events and outreach initiatives, expanding your professional network to create future opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Certification: You possess current accreditation in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH), and Investment Representative (IR) licensing, or are willing to obtain these within a specified timeframe. Registered Representative (RR) licensing is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Approach: You are dedicated to understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are driven to achieve your objectives and make a significant impact.
  • Empathetic Listener: You value diverse perspectives and learn from the experiences of others.
