We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Support Administrator to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our lending and leasing businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process loan modifications forms with accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Assist loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and file maintenance.
- Conduct regular audit reviews to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of loan applications and approvals.
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and update process documents for Central Administration and provide training to staff members on proper documentation practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports on audit findings and process improvements.
- Support ongoing projects and team members as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry in a related role.
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to change.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
Working Conditions:
Our operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, subject to change based on business requirements. This is a fast-paced, multiple-priority environment with considerable computer usage.
