Job Title: Loan Processor Specialist - Secured

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Loan Processor Specialist to join our Secured team. As a Loan Processor Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in the Secured Personal Loan process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process loan applications in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Grant approvals and make final processing decisions.
  • Provide rationale for loan review and approval processes.
  • Answer queries from sales staff regarding loan applications.
  • Identify and report fraudulent documents.
  • Match and validate application information.
  • Verify loan amounts and property guidelines.
  • Issue final mortgage approvals.
  • Meet and maintain service levels.
  • Assist in identifying training or process opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fundamental understanding of the Mortgage origination process.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and Saturdays on a rotational basis.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
