Loan Support Specialist

At goeasy Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled Loan Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of loan applications and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan modifications forms and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and file maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audit reviews of loan modifications to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
  • Follow up with Central Admin on cumulative outages and report repeat errors.
  • Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and update current process documents for Central Administration.
  • Prepare reports on audit findings and process improvements.
  • Assist with ongoing projects and support team members.
  • Work with Business stakeholders and technical teams to manage and update Loan Documents.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry in a related role.
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

Working Conditions:

Operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, subject to change based on business requirements.

Fast-paced, multiple priority environment.

Considerable computer usage.
