Loan Support Administrator

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, dynamic position that requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. As a Loan Support Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing loan modifications, assisting loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, and conducting regular audit reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan modifications forms and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist loan officers and underwriters with loan processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and file maintenance
  • Conduct regular audit reviews to identify errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues
  • Follow up with Central Admin on cumulative outages and report repeat errors
  • Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Develop and update current process documents for Central Administration
  • Prepare reports on audit findings and process improvements
  • Assist with ongoing projects and support team members
  • Work with Business stakeholders and technical teams to manage and update Loan Documents

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry in a related role
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with regular operating hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Considerable computer usage is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple-priority environment is essential.
