Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at WARIS CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, making copies, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
