Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term:

This is a permanent position, with a regular full-time schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
