Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Million Deliveries Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
