Job Summary

Million Deliveries Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate daily operations, including evaluating and planning daily activities.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, team player, client focus, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
