We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Suba Beauty Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and able to work under pressure
