Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Analyst to join our Global Compliance Governance and Assurance (CGA) team at TD Bank. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical support and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective governance and control activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support RCM Assessment Process: Assist in preparing activities for the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Assessment process, ensuring data completeness and documentation of rationale.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and documentation.
  • Document Management: Update key documents, including the RCM Assessment Standard, Operating Procedures, Job Aids, and maintenance of the RCM Assessment SharePoint site.
  • Process Expertise: Act as a first point of contact to address and resolve questions related to the process, providing training, co-leading office hour calls, and monitoring the group mailbox.
  • Compliance Reporting: Support the preparation of Compliance Senior Executive Team (CSET) deck material and work with the Compliance Strategic Insights Team to report on the Chief Compliance Officer Opinion.
  • Audit and Regulatory Support: Assist in closing Audit findings and Regulatory findings, preparing evidence, and providing commentary.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in regulatory initiatives, special projects, or other activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Technology, or Internal Audit.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter, ability to lead, plan, execute, and deliver under minimal supervision, strong team player, flexibility to adapt to changing initiatives, and ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
