Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Governance Analyst to join our team at TD. As a key member of our Global Compliance Governance and Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Governance and Oversight: Provide governance and oversight for central elements of the Global Compliance Program, including transformation and technology initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance Management: Manage regulatory compliance issues across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Issues Management Framework and Issues Management Standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain data accuracy and data completeness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and support reporting of Compliance owned Issues to executives, senior business management partners/teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop proactive strategies, processes, and recommendations to senior leaders to manage regulatory compliance issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Technology, or Internal Audit.
  • Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter, ability to lead, plan, execute, and deliver under minimal supervision, knowledge of the Issues Management module in MERLIN a plus.
