Nakhon Thai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our menu and service standards.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the food industry, with a strong understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling. Additionally, they will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms that benefit the business
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
