Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Nakhon Thai. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation
  • Manage inventory, budget, and staff schedules to optimize restaurant performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
