Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Nakhon Thai. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient scheduling and staffing
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
