Overview: Wendy's is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Leader to spearhead restaurant operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive work environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Description: As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you will be responsible for creating an engaging work environment, identifying top talent, scheduling effectively, and managing daily restaurant operations. You will lead, interview, and develop staff with support from a District Manager. Your key responsibilities include analyzing performance data to inform restaurant plans, adjusting manager and crew schedules as needed, and monitoring service quality to make adjustments to positioning guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze restaurant performance data to make recommendations regarding restaurant plans.
  • Adjust manager and crew schedules as needed.
  • Analyze talent and staffing goals and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints within the restaurant.
  • Monitor service quality and make adjustments to positioning guidelines as necessary.
  • Approval of expenditures within established guidelines.
  • Recommend corrective action related to customer service issues or poor performance.
