Job Description

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and represent companies that export and import products or services
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any product or service related issues
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting software and ability to analyze market trends
  • Ability to travel and represent the company at trade shows and events
