Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and implement store initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, organization, and visual displays.
  • Process customer transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
