Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Creative Flooring & Designs Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish and maintain work schedules
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
  • Manage cash handling and maintain a secure and organized store environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
Work Environment:

Our retail store is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
