Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Creative Flooring & Designs Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
