Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY (CROSSIRON MILLS- ROCKY VIEW). As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Work Environment:
- Urban area.
- Retail business.
