With over a decade of experience and a partially automated production line, the company maintains high standards of product quality. The ideal candidate will contribute to this success by creating detailed diagrams for transformer design, preparing cost estimates based on specifications, and ensuring effective corrective measures are implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate designs and diagrams for electrical transformers
  • Develop cost estimates based on technical specifications
  • Support new product development as a resource person
  • Promote compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with 3D designers to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma related to electricity
  • At least 1 year of experience in electrical transformer design
  • Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical plans
  • Fluency in English or French
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and proficiency in SolidWorks software

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $90,000 CAD per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure takes into account the location in Saint-Alphonse de Granby and industry standards for electrical transformer design specialists.
