Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time to our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish trust with clients through consultation and follow-up
- Prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating
- Inspect progress and work quality to ensure timely completion
- Manage restoration claims, including water damage and fire damage to residential and commercial properties
- Resolve disputes and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Disaster Property Restoration - Industry experience (Project Management experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Canadian construction and building codes
- Experience with Xactimate - Level 1
- Ability to plan and monitor budgets
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
