Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our National Estimation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-disaster state while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As a Restoration Estimator, you will be responsible for scoping and building accurate estimates using Xactimate. You will collaborate remotely with Project Managers and other teammates to ensure every estimate is detailed, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing photos, notes, and scopes from ClaimTrak
  • Tweaking estimates for compliance with client programs
  • Uploading estimates smoothly into Xactanalysis
  • Monitoring KPI timeframes to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as a Project Manager or Estimator from the restoration industry
  • College/University Diploma/Degree or certification
  • A customer service mindset with the ability to problem-solve
  • Proficient in Xactimate
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and French
