Pantorama 1850: Junior IT/Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT/Help Desk Technician to join our team at Pantorama 1850. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • User Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • System Management: Manage system backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Education: A college degree in computer sciences is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing AS400 systems is required.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
