Senior Business Process Automation Specialist

Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Process Automation Analyst to join our Residential Lending Services Business Process Automation team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with business stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative automation solutions, driving process improvement and efficiency across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement process improvement solutions, leveraging automation software such as IBM BPM/ODM, OCR, and RPA.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand process scope and needs, applying analytical skills to develop solution proposals.
- Document target processes and develop action plans to drive transition to future processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Contribute to the definition and development of business process improvement project methodology.
- Must have experience in BPM or automation analysis.
- Must have experience creating swim lane diagrams using BPMN.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to adapt vocabulary and style for different audiences.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and build positive professional relationships.
- Self-motivated decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
