Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Process Automation Analyst to join our Residential Lending Services Business Process Automation team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with business stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative automation solutions, driving process improvement and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement process improvement solutions, leveraging automation software such as IBM BPM/ODM, OCR, and RPA.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand process scope and needs, applying analytical skills to develop solution proposals.
  • Document target processes and develop action plans to drive transition to future processes.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend feasible and economical solutions, communicating effectively with external and internal customers.
  • Help define process metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and track process outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must have BPM or automation analysis experience.
  • Must have experience creating swim lane diagrams using business process modeling notation (BPMN).
  • Possess strong communication skills, able to adapt vocabulary and style for each situation.
  • Works well under pressure, keeping composure in stressful situations.
  • Self-motivated decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gauge audience and determine appropriate line of questioning.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement framework Certification.
  • Experience with iterative or Agile project management methodologies.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
