Job Summary

VEOLIA Water Technologies & Solutions is a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design and supply water systems for various applications, including food and beverage, municipal water, microelectronics, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment.

As an Automation Systems Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams, read and process engineering documents, and interpret contract and customer specifications. You will design control logic for plant operation, manage budget, scope, and schedule, and report risks and opportunities to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop control logic for plant operation
  • Manage budget, scope, and schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
  • Read and process engineering documents
  • Interpret contract and customer specifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or process engineering (or equivalent). At least four years of experience with control systems of Rockwell Schneider and/or Siemens PLC, HMI, DCS, and/or SCADA design and programming. Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment). Valid passport and driver's license. Availability to travel up to 30% per year for customer meetings, training, and equipment startup support. Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
