Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services within a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including pickups and deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
