Job Summary:
This role is responsible for performing general office duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of general warehouse and office procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve intermediate-level problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering telephone calls, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal use and distribution.
- Coordinate information for internal use and distribution.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Provide coverage in other departments during fluctuations in volume, vacation coverage, or leave of absence coverage.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- Minimum of six months' office support experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Accurate and rapid data entry.
Work Environment:
This role is based in Blainville, Quebec, Canada, and requires flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 3 AM to 9 AM.
