Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SPI Health and Safety. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the inspection, maintenance, and installation of mandates with external customers and certified technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customer services and technicians on the road across Canada;
  • Plan and manage routes and working schedules while handling unforeseen events;
  • Dispatch routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers;
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers;
  • Perform customer invoicing and complete required mandate documents;
  • Make quotes for workshop repairs;
  • Take charge of projects and process optimization;
  • Provide support to the branch manager as needed.

Requirements

  • DEC in logistics/transport management or operations management;
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Bilingual.
