About the Role

CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process in our organization. You will also serve as a key resource for our clients throughout the subscription process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reviews of new contracts, modifications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with quality objectives for risks, service quality, productivity, and profitability.

  • Prepare a report for each reviewed file and explain the results of your observations to stakeholders.

  • Monitor weekly recommendations until the situation is resolved.

  • Develop, in collaboration with the relevant manager, an individual or group coaching plan based on needs.

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching of clients and approve their files.

  • Produce monthly reports informing your immediate supervisor of the quality of subscribed risks, subscription, and service.

  • Produce an annual report summarizing all observations, improvements, and a plan of action for the upcoming year.

  • Review potential portfolio transfers and produce a report.

  • Identify frequently recurring subscription, interpretation, and application difficulties during reviews and recommend appropriate follow-up measures.

  • Identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities to facilitate and improve the knowledge and efficiency of clients and analysts.

  • Monitor the entire subscription process after a claim. Follow up on reports, add comments, ensure that the post-claim subscription is made if necessary, and represent the subscription to the committee if needed.

  • Collaborate with analyses and product design as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma in General Insurance or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business insurance.

  • Good knowledge of brokerage is an asset.

  • Hold a P.A.A. title.

  • Hold a F.P.A.A. title is a significant asset.
