We're looking for a skilled Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team in Montréal, Quebec.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of applicable OH&S and environmental legislation, as well as HSE processes.

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting project HSE plans, regulatory requirements, and other safe work practices.

This includes identifying, evaluating, developing and delivering project-specific HSE training and assisting with the development of district-specific training.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and auditing trade partner HSE performance, participating in on-site investigative processes, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, supervise, coach, train and mentor HSE Coordinators and other employees.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, a safety designation, and at least 7 years' experience in a health and safety role in a related industry.

A strong understanding of construction processes and terminology, solid written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop, influence and maintain effective stakeholder relationships are also essential.
