Billing Coordinator

At McMillan, we are seeking a highly skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the billing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the billing process, including reviewing and processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Collaborate with lawyers and other team members to resolve billing and collections issues.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in billing and collections in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lawyers, clients, and other team members.
- Proficiency in accounting and billing software, including 3E and e-Billing Hub.
