Job Summary

As a Sales Advisor with The Estée Lauder Companies, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. With a passion for people and a drive to succeed, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and provide personalized service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment

Requirements

• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

What We Offer

The Estée Lauder Companies offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.30 to $27.95, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
