About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Advisor to join our team at Wardlaw Heating & Air Conditioning. As an Outside Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers to provide solutions for their home comfort needs. You will also be tasked with helping homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs, conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction, and generating a referral base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new, current, and previous customers to provide solutions for their home comfort needs
  • Help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
  • Attain sales goals at or above quota revenues

Requirements
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, as well as solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers
  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
  • Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic PC computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
