About the Role:

As an Investment Advisor, you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own client base, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create customized portfolios and wealth plans that meet the unique needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies and wealth management solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, making informed investment decisions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with RBC partners, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to provide clients with a holistic financial experience.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
