Job Summary

The Government of Canada - Central is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead the financial, communications, and other business services functions. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of communications plans to promote the organization's brand and reputation.
  • Oversee the management of other business services, including human resources, procurement, and facilities management.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a government or public sector organization.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on financial management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
