About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at TIMELESS TECHNOLOGY IT SERVICES INC. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and strategic alignment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word, with a strong ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be organized, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Workplace Information
  • Work Arrangement: Work in a hybrid environment, with a permanent work term and 30 hours per week, in a language of English.
