About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at QUICK BUILD DEVELOPERS CORP. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and strategic alignment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Operational Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring efficient operations and effective resource management.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and organized.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational management.
