We are a dynamic and growing food service company that values teamwork and customer satisfaction. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service standards
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and retention
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
