We are seeking a Funeral Service Coordinator to join our team at Park Lawn Corporation. As a Funeral Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to families and their guests during funeral visitations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and directs families and visitors in attendance for funeral visitations and/or funeral services.
  • Performs administrative duties as directed, including backup to the Receptionist position.
  • Guides families to arrangement rooms and provides refreshments as required.
  • Assists Funeral Home Staff in the preparation of visitations, masses, funerals, and events.
  • Ensures the funeral home remains sanitized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • High degree of overall computer proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and working environment.
Working Conditions

The Funeral Service Coordinator will work in an indoor office setting, with occasional outdoor duties. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to work safely and comply with the Company's safety procedures.

This is a full-time position, with occasional overtime required.
