At Lotus Funeral and Cremation Centre Inc., we are seeking a skilled Funeral Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Funeral Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with families to plan and coordinate funeral services. Your duties will include consulting with families regarding funeral and related services, overseeing the preparation of remains, planning and scheduling funeral services, coordinating burials and cremations, pre-arranging funerals, and arranging for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our team to ensure that all funeral services are carried out with dignity and respect. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Consult with families regarding funeral and related services
* Oversee the preparation of remains
* Plan and schedule funeral services
* Coordinate burials and cremations
* Pre-arrange funerals
* Arrange for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home

**Requirements:**

* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Permanent employment
* English language
* 30 hours per week
