The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This senior role involves providing guidance and oversight to our culinary team members, developing new recipes, and driving innovation in menu planning. You will work closely with our head chef to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.

  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our kitchen staff.
  • Create new recipes and menus to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and other support staff.
  • Prepare and cook food for special guests or events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • A strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
